Every Monday we commence with the analysis of weekend surveys and recontact. What is a recontact, you ask? We contact our guests after their stay to ask about their impressions. This feedback always evokes a lot of excitement in each department. For us, such conversations with the guest are like pointing the direction for development, we find out what guests like and what we should pay more attention to.

Therefore, we are happy to announce that for the second year in a row Hotel Afrodyta Business & Spa has been awarded the 2019 TripAdvisor Quality Certificate. This is a great recognition and pride for the entire crew.
"The quality certificate is a distinction awarded since 2011 to companies from the hotel industry around the world which constantly provide services at the highest level. The award goes to around 10% of companies on the TripAdvisor website, which in the given year invariably received extremely favorable reviews.
