Our exceptional Christmas package has been created for those who wish to escape from the daily routine and celebrate this special time in comfortable conditions.

The Christmas period at Afrodyta is the favorite package of our regular Guests. Every year, long before the date, we run out of places, so we encourage you to book today!

The stay package includes:

accommodation in the selected room with a welcome set,
breakfast in the form of a rich buffet with cakes baked in the hotel bakery,
dinner on December 23,
a festive, traditional Christmas Eve dinner with carol singing,
meeting with Santa Claus /option to deliver gifts for children/,
family workshops for making Christmas decorations and decorating gingerbread on Christmas Day,
dinner in the form of a rich buffet on Christmas Day,
bonfire with live music and sausage roasting in the winter garden on Christmas Day,
special buffet menu for children during meals,
coffee and tea buffet available throughout the stay.

For reservations made by December 27, the package also includes dinner on December 26.

As every year, with care for details and a cozy atmosphere, we prepare Christmas away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Many people return to us every year, creating traditions and bonds. Christmas Eve is a special time when the hotel Owners await Guests, most of whom they have known for years. The hotel is filled with Christmas decorations and the scent of a Christmas tree.

The stay begins at 3:00 PM and lasts until 1:00 PM on the day of check-out.

The package is dedicated to individual Guests and cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts.

Boarding

The Christmas menu crafted by the Chef is an exceptional proposal of appetizers, main courses, and desserts, where everyone will find a hint of tradition in both classic and original versions, using the highest quality products, including regional ones.

The package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Dinner and breakfast are served in buffet form.
During breakfast, we prepare dishes at the request of Guests at the live cooking station.
During dinner, there is a buffet of cakes baked in the hotel bakery (using natural ingredients), festive desserts, fruits, and hot beverages.
During breakfast, each Guest has the opportunity to prepare freshly squeezed juice from their favorite fruits and vegetables using a slow juicer, cold press method.

The festive menu proposal is a composition of meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes - special dietary requests should be reported during the reservation.

Taking into account the legal obligation arising from the provisions of the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors and the content of the United Nations guidelines on business and human rights, recognizing the important role of business in ensuring respect for children's rights, Flis , Pierzchała sp. j. - Hotel Afrodyta Business & Spa informs that during registration, adults traveling with children will be required to present a document allowing verification of the child's identity, indicating relationship, such as an ID card, school ID, MOBYWATEL or Internet Patient Account , civil status certificate, court decision, notarial consent of the parent for a given person to travel with the child or consent signed by the child's parent along with indication of the child's data, address of residence, telephone contact of the parent and ID number/PESEL number of the person to whom the parent entrusted care over the child.

Pet policy

Zwierzęta są akceptowane w wybranych pokojach. Pobyt pupila wynosi 100 zł za dobę. Przed dokonaniem rezerwacji prosimy o kontakt z Recepcją w celu ustalenia, czy pokój, w którym zwierzęta są akceptowane, jest dostępny w wybranym terminie.

Parking information

Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.

Cancellation terms

Automatic prepayments are required in accordance with the payment plan. We will send reminders for scheduled payments due to the e-mail address provided at the time of booking at least 2 days before payment will be taken. All payments made are non-refundable. In the event of a missed payment, the hotel has a right to cancel the reservation.
